Control is straightforward and intuitive: the ON/HI and LO/OFF functions allow you to bring your flame up to a full, impressive height or bring it down to a warm, intimate flicker. The receiver delivers up to 6 VDC output to the servo motor, providing precise, reliable variable flame adjustment every time.

The complete kit includes the receiver unit, the transmitter, all required batteries (a 12V A-23 for the transmitter and four 1.5V AA batteries for the receiver), and a plastic cover for a clean, finished installation. Compatibility Details: The VR-1A is designed for use with the Real Fyre APK-15 and APK-17 pilot kits. Wiring for the APK-15 system is included in the box. If your system uses an APK-17 valve, you will need to order the WH-01 wire harness separately — don't skip this step or the installation will be incomplete. This system is compatible with both vented and vent-free Real Fyre burners that support millivolt-based variable flame control.
