Engineered specifically for Natural Gas applications, this ODS pilot assembly is designed for use with -12 or 12M valve vent-free burners — with or without remote operation. It is fully compatible with a range of Real Fyre vent-free burner models, including the G9, G10, G18, G21, G19A, and Fyreside VF9 series, making it a reliable replacement or service part for your existing system.

The assembly features a 750 mV thermopile output with a 24-inch thermopile wire length, providing ample output to power your millivolt valve system without the need for external electricity. The 32-inch thermocouple wire offers flexible routing during installation, and the M8 x 1 thermocouple connection nut ensures a secure, standardized fit. Gas connection is via a 3/8-inch 24 UNF (3/8-inch O.D.) fitting, and the built-in injector operates at 166W energy consumption — keeping your system efficient and consistent.

Suitable for all Natural Gas grades, this pilot assembly meets rigorous safety standards, carrying compliance with both European and CSA Norms.
